a federally funded research and development center established
in 1984 by the U.S. Department of Defense with a broad charter
to address the transition of software engineering technology.
COCOMO
COCOMO II is a model that allows one to estimate
the cost, effort, and schedule when planning a new software
development activity.
COSYSMO
The purpose of the COSYSMO (Constructive Systems
Engineering Cost Model) model is to estimate the System
Engineering (SE) tasks in software-intensive projects. The CSE
Research Group Selected ANSI/EI632 SE standard as a guide for
identifying the tasks addressed in COSYSMO.
INCOSE
The International Council on Systems Engineering
(INCOSE) is a non-profit membership organization promoting
the application of an interdisciplinary approach and a means
to enable the realization of successful systems. This Web
