The 16th Annual Practical Software and Systems Measurement (PSM)
User’s Group Meetings and Workshops will be held 30 July – 3
August, in Portsmouth, VA. The theme this year is “Using
Measurement to make Hard Choices in a Constrained Environment”.
We welcome submittals about measurement of affordability,
technical debt, identifying and quantifying cost
relationships for software maintenance in DoD, containing
the cost of software maintenance, system architecture, and other
emerging technologies and trends. We are particularly interested
in presentations addressing how to measure performance, risk,
and cost impacts.
The Users’ Group includes keynote presentations, user experience
presentations, training, and workshops that explore new
measurement topics. The registration form and additional
