ISO US Technical Advisory Group
The ISO US Technical Advisory Group, would
like to solicit reviewers for the new Software Product Quality
Measurement and Evaluation standards. The new series is ISO
25000, SQuaRE. The series of standards covers a software
quality model, a measurement reference
model, software quality requirements, and software product
quality evaluation. Also included will be standards addressing
Measurement Primitives (base measures) and measures for the
levels of quality described in the model: quality in use,
external quality, and internal quality.
This work will replace existing ISO standards 9126 and 14598.
This review is for the U.S. group, so only personnel working
for U.S. companies are eligible to participate. If you would
like to participate, please send an email to
Dave Zubrow (dz@sei.cmu.edu) describing your knowledge of
this area and detailing the company or organization you work
for.
Technical Working Group
The Technical Working Group (TWG) participates
in the development of PSM products. This is the primary
group that creates PSM information products and services.

PSM Users' Group Conference
The annual PSM Users Group Conference gathers international measurement
professionals for a week of workshops, studies, and information
exchanges. Consult the library
of proceedings and papers from past conferences for
practical ideas and case studies.

dozens of PSM-recommended measurements.
